Wayward Irish Spirits have released their first Single Estate Single Pot Still Whiskey. The single estate release is made from their own barley and matured on the estate in Killarney.
The ‘Coming of Age Release’ is limited to just 300 numbered bottles and showcases the unique maturation conditions of the 300-year-old stone Bonded Storehouse on the Lakeview Estate.
The re-purposed farm buildings and the changeable Killarney weather offer Lakeview a microclimate lending itself to wonderful maturation conditions.
Bottled at 46% abv with an RRP of €195 – available via specialist retailers.

Expect cherries on the nose, a rich honeyed taste with a hint of some and a long finish.
