Building on the success of last year’s limited edition Redbreast Bird Feeder Bottle release the whiskey is back this Robin Redbreast Day on November 17th. This year’s bird feeder bottle is similar in design to the last and comes in a bold red copper finish.
The bird feeder is not just a stylish packaging option it is also a fully function actual bird feeder – of course! The bird feeder was designed in collaboration with BirdLife International an organisation that aims to address the declining bird population trends around the globe. Once you pop out your bottle the bird feeder can be filled with bird feed and hung outdoors. The whiskey in the package itself is the classic Redbreast 12 year old expression.
with Robin Redbreast Day, Redbreast Whiskey have enlisted the help of famous actor Chris O’Dowd. He appears in a video to spread awareness of the plight of birds and also has some fun with the whiskey’s robin redbreast character. Further supporting the cause – anyone who likes or shares the video on Nov 17th will trigger a 25 cent donation to ‘Project Wingman’ – Redbreast’s partnership with BirdLife International.
