Irishmalts have announced that they have partnered with Dingle Distillery to bring their Single Cask from the distillery.
Working closely with Master Distiller Graham Coull, Irish Malts selected cask number 619 which is a near 8 year old Single Malt that has been matured in an Oloroso Sherry cask and bottled at 59.3% abv.
Initial tasting notes from Irish Malts indicate rhubarb crumble, orange marmalade and fresh fruit cake on the nose. Some ginger spice, treacle coffee and liquor soaked cherries on the palate.
The new single cask is available exclusively online this Thursday 20th at 10am
